JOB SUMMARY:

Conduent Business Services is seeking a Business Operations Information Management Analyst who’ll implement and oversee information management flow, support internal communications, quarterly Webex events and general operations analyst support for Transportation, utilizing technology and achieving efficiency in workload while maintaining a positive support experience.

Germantown, Maryland is the preferred work location. The successful incumbent will report directly to the Senior Director for Operations of Transportation.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Technical Knowledge, Quality & Workflow:

Leverage systems (LEAN, Quality Mgmt, etc.) and technology to improve administrative processes, and achieve maximum efficiency

Develop a culture of growth and development of people at all levels, and ensure that a pool of talent will be ready to succeed him/her in the short or long term

Support internal communications through effective use of technology to communicate plans at a strategic level to Transportation leadership, producers and Managing Directors; success is measured from feedback from leaders, producers and/or Managing Directors

Consistently stay up to date on Transportation related issues and is able to communicate and inform others within Conduent Transportation & Tolling

Organization: & Planning

Experience in building communications plans and effective messagin

Supporting development of operational strategic plans and initiatives to advance the divisional missions and objectives, including processes, workflows, deliverables and touch program

Ensures all practices are carried out under general Conduent guidelines in cooperation with business practices of countries in which Conduent has established a business presence

Ensures that responsibilities are performed in accordance with Conduent policy, procedure and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Teamwork & Work Habits:

Support the communications of organizational policies, directives and procedures within the division and various locations; success is measured by consistency and acceptable professional standards reviews

Lead by example by participating in events, trainings and meetings that support our mission, goals and initiatives; this would include Team/client meetings

Will multi-task and be responsible for multiple projects when necessary; there will be influxes of work that must be completed timely and accurately

REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration, Communications and /or Computer Science

A minimum of seven (3+) years operational work experience is required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically intermediate Word and Excel skills, and basic PowerPoint skills

Confident and professional communicator who is able to create and articulate a compelling presentation that influences others while seeking buy in

Excellent organizational and planning skills – must be able to manage and influence various tasks and initiatives while also seeking new and continuous improvement opportunities

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Must be currently eligible to work for any employer within the United States
