Administrative Assistant needed for our property management and investments company located in down town Los Angeles, Ca. 

Must be friendly and bi-lingual (English and Spanish). Front office etiquette, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to deal with all types of customers on the phone and in person is crucial!

Must have office and computer experience, ability to use copier/scanner/fax machine, ability to juggle between tasks, greet visitors/vendors, and answer multiple phone lines. Must be able to design filing systems and maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts and equipment procedures, accounts receivables/payables, data entry/bookkeeping, clerical functions, learn quickly, follow directions, and perform other office duties.
