About the Job
- We are looking for a couple of awesome Customer Service Support representatives. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our Project Coordinators. Qualified candidates will be customer service oriented and have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Software Skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in email.
- Ability to collaborate well with others and independently.

Job Duties (include but not limited to)
- Organizational Skills
- Answering phones and interaction with clients & vendors
- Multiple General Office duties and misc. tasks
- Answering emails
- Project Specific Tasks not limited to:
– Arranging/sending project packets
– Order processing
– Vendor Follow-ups
– Verifying Vendor Acknowledgments
– Tracking Shipments
– Project file updating
- Interaction with Project Coordinators, Account Managers & Design Department
- Time Management
- Enthusiastic and Exceptional Communication
- Must also possess excellent verbal and email communication skills.
