About the Job

  • We are looking for a couple of awesome Customer Service Support representatives. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our Project Coordinators. Qualified candidates will be customer service oriented and have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Job Duties (include but not limited to)

  • Organizational Skills
  • Answering phones and interaction with clients & vendors
  • Multiple General Office duties and misc. tasks
  • Answering emails
  • Project Specific Tasks not limited to:
    – Arranging/sending project packets
    – Order processing
    – Vendor Follow-ups
    – Verifying Vendor Acknowledgments
    – Tracking Shipments
    – Project file updating
  • Interaction with Project Coordinators, Account Managers & Design Department
  • Time Management
  • Enthusiastic and Exceptional Communication
  • Must also possess excellent verbal and email communication skills.
