Customer Support/ Project Manager

Medical Imaging Systems integrator and distribution company is seeking a full-time technical support/project manager to manage customer project and ongoing support. Must have excellent communication skills, technical background and be a fast learner.

- Manage multiple projects, which include site planning, delivery, and installation coordination.
- As required, problem solve PC issues, both local and remote using TeamViewer
- Configure servers, workstations, and desktops and apply appropriate operating systems.
- Configure Internet routers and Wireless Access.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
- IT-related degree preferred
- Good interpersonal skills, positive customer service skills, problem-solving skills and writing skills necessary
- Ability to interact with customers on the phone and in-person
- Document and research all inquiries or problems and enter in tracking system accurately and completely in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Understanding of Medical Imaging Technology (PACS, DICOM, HL7, MRI, CT) is a plus.
