Job Summary

Suro Law firm is seeking a full time Case Manager to manage a portfolio of employment class action cases. This position reports to one of the senior partners of the firm.

Main responsibilities include the following:

Manage team’s to-do list and calendar.

Compile weekly reports that include all deadlines, tasks, and appearances for the team’s caseload.

Prioritize tasks and assign them to appropriate staff.

Project management of filings, outreach projects, etc.

Proactively communicate with the attorneys regarding upcoming deadlines and appointments.

Manage various databases to ensure information is accurate and updated timely.

The ideal candidate:

Is familiar with legal terminology and understands the litigation process.

Has exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Is proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe.

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction and follow instructions.

Thrives in fast-paced environment.
