Growing Investment Firm Seeking Sr. Client Service Associate
SilverOak Investments, LLC is a small, but rapidly growly registered investment advisory firm that grew 6x in AUM in the past 4 years. Currently, we are a three-person firm, in our late 20âs-30âs, with experience working in the wire-house and independent channel. Because of that, we are looking to break the mold on the traditional âfinancial firmâ culture and environment. We are not about corner offices and big titles; we are about radical truth and open mindedness. Employees that are passionate and love their work will in return provide great service and build meaningful relationship with our clients!
We currently ARE NOT looking for an analyst or junior advisor type candidate. This is a service concentrated role, with an expansion of other administrative/marketing duties.
The right candidate must have the following:
â¢ 2-years minimum of industry related or similar experience (wire house, broker-dealer, or FAâs office)
â¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
â¢ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
â¢ Presentable and professional demeanor
â¢ Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to ensure sensitive materials are completed in an effective and timely manner
â¢ Service-oriented attitude
â¢ Proactive approach mentality
â¢ Ability to work successfully under pressure, and handle all situations with the highest degree of professionalism
â¢ Compassionate and adaptable
â¢ Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
The following skills are preferred:
â¢ Experience with CRM (Salesforce specifically)
â¢ Schwab Advisor Services Platform
â¢ Web design experience is a PLUS!
Client Service Associate responsibilities include, but not limited to:
â¢ Answer and screen calls, emails, and effectively prioritize workflow for the Financial Advisor
â¢ Independently researches, prioritizes, and follow up on multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Financial Advisor, including those of a sensitive and/or confidential nature; determines the appropriate course of action, and/or response
â¢ Process day-to-day transactions for client accounts (ex. all money movements, address changes)
â¢ Researches information, resolves any outstanding client, transaction or paperwork issues.
â¢ Assist in consolidating assets (ex. ACATâs, rollovers, life insurance proceeds, Transfers, DRS)
â¢ Prepare client paperwork (this includes checking for completeness and accuracy)
â¢ Represents and manages (on behalf of the Financial Advisor) key external relationships with regard to clients, vendors, partners and other business associates
â¢ Provides administrative support, including assistance in composing and editing routine and advanced correspondence including letters, reports, and etc.
â¢ Assist with special projects and requested
