Help Desk Specialist Wanted

We are currently seeking an experienced computer Help Desk Engineer to provide support and installation services for a variety of end-user clients. This is a fast-paced exciting working environment with challenging technical issues that need the attention of a customer service oriented systems engineer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to integrate and support a wide range of technologies with small and medium-sized business clients.

Skills/ Requirements

⢠Candidate must have excellent communication skills
⢠A minimum of 3 years of experience installing and supporting computer networks and working with end-users
⢠Troubleshooting skills are an absolute requirement
⢠Server, infrastructure, software, and systems troubleshooting experience needed
⢠Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure
⢠Knowledge of Microsoft products should include Windows Server 2012 & 2008, Exchange 2013 & 2010 and Active Directory etc.
⢠Knowledge of firewalls, routers, tape backup, remote access a plus
⢠Microsoft Certifications a plus
⢠Candidates should be motivated and self-starting
⢠Must enjoy working with people.
