Our rapidly growing digital marketing and website development company is in search of an efficient, organized, hard working, sharp, tech savvy, trustworthy, and personable administrative assistant.

This person must be proficient in:
PC/Windows
Google Suite / Microsoft office
Typing
English
Time management
Organization
Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

This role will require solid verbal communication skills to represent the company when speaking with clients.
The company has less than 10 team members so we are not a huge corporation. On that note, we are nimble and fast paced. This new team member needs to be a "Jack/Jane of all trades", and one who embraces change.

Some of the duties of this role will be:

Keep track of clients and their service delivery
Answer emails and inbound calls (low volume)
Facilitate client changes to necessary departments
Assist in onboarding clients to assist their services with going live
Keep in touch with clients to make sure they're happy
Book travel arrangements
Input lead/client data in our database
Social Media postings (being artistic is a plus)

Our office is located right off the 163 & Balboa. Commute from all areas of the county will not be a problem, but you must have transportation.

$1,000-1,500 monthly salary to start with bonus incentives based off of timely and efficient performance.
