Report on Housekeeping Attendant
List of job duties and tasks required for position:
Conduct a visual inspection of the guestroom. Perform duties based on housekeeping checklist. This list includes but is not limited to;
â¢ Wear assigned uniform and name tag.
â¢ Do not use any unauthorized cleaning products.
â¢ Change linen, pillow cases, vacuuming the guestroom, dusting the furniture, tables, light fixture,
pictures, drapes and balcony (if balcony is available),
â¢ cleaning telephone receiver, checking all light bulbs are working properly, check all appliances
working properly (radio, television, remote control, hairdryer, mini-refrigerator, microwave)
â¢ check all guestroom lighting (headboard lamps, table lamp, all room lights, bathroom lights
â¢ check ice bucket and glasses
â¢ check that room amenities and all bathroom supplies are stocked properly.
â¢ check airconditioner and filters
â¢ check all doors, condition & locks, entry door, bathroom door, and connecting door if present
â¢ verify that guestroom has iron & ironing board.
â¢ verify proper number of hangers and skirt hangers are available
â¢ re-supplying dresser drawer with guest folder with stationary, envelopes
â¢ clean bathroom area: bathtub, shower, caulking, tile floor, toilet, bath sink, mirrors and glass.
â¢ ensure proper amount of bathroom linen available based upon Ramada Worldwide standards.
â¢ complete additional task assigned by Executive Housekeeper
Note any safety issues and room deficiencies. Do not attempt to repair.
Report all deficiencies to the Executive Housekeeper for correction.
