We are looking for a well-qualified Project Manager for our high-end residential landscape construction division.

The Project Manager directs daily duties assigned to Foremen and provides all necessary assistance to ensure projects are completed in a productive, safe, and profitable manner while sustaining the highest levels of professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager reports to Construction Manager.

⢠Must have minimum 2 years' experience managing landscape construction projects, high-end residential preferred.
⢠Ability to interpret conceptual plans and thoroughly understand design intent.
⢠Ability to convey, plan, and implement construction methods for all tasks including; demolition, rough grading/elevations, drainage, exterior gas, minor electrical, irrigation, flatwork, custom hardscape features, outdoor carpentry, lighting and planting.
⢠Ability to execute companies' "Design, Specification, and Construction Method" handbook.
⢠Ability to thoroughly interpret all inclusions and exclusions in project estimate and contract.
⢠Ability to evaluate and communicate construct-ability and detail requirements to design staff.
⢠Ability to recognize and proactively manage; long lead items, rental equipment, logistical and site complications, permit requirements, inspections, and use of sub-contractors.
⢠Ability to schedule and plan new projects with Construction Manager for optimal production.
⢠Ability to assist purchaser with timely procurement of materials as needed.
⢠Ability to identify changes in contracted work and manage change orders as defined by companies' change order procedure.
⢠Ability to be primary representative and client contact for all assigned projects, to clearly and effectively communicate with client, and to promptly address and document all concerns.
⢠Ability to comprehensively understand project budget, scrutinize weekly cost variances as reported by Operations Manager, and immediately implement planned solutions when needed.
⢠Ability to evaluate on-site labor activity and efficiency and promptly direct necessary changes.
⢠Ability to identify, reveal, and proactively rectify construction quality or installation deficiencies.
⢠Must have knowledge and skills to perform most tasks for job completion, including operation of equipment, with a strong capacity to train others.
⢠Ability to assist Office Manager and Construction Manager with A/P, A/R, and timecards as needed.
⢠Ability to make certain projects are finished in a timely manner with complete customer satisfaction and ensure opportunity for Maintenance Division with seamless turnover.

Personal Skills:
⢠Must speak, read, and write English fluently, bi-lingual a plus.
⢠Must have valid driver's license and be insurable.
⢠Exceedingly strong organizational and communication skills.
