Leasing Star Needed!!

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team asap at our 300 unit property in South West Fort Worth. Some experience in the APARTMENT INDUSTRY is necessary. Any one applying without experience in apartments will not be considered.

You must be able to provide a high level of customer service to our residents. Candidate must also have moderate computer skills, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual is a plus!

This is a three person office the ideal candidate is a self starter, able to multi-task in a busy environment and works effectively with deadlines. This position is full-time with 40 hours a week and 3 Saturdays a month are required.

General Requirements:
-Minimum of 6 months of experience working in an apartment community office as leasing.
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Valid Drivers License/ID
-Criminal Background and Drug Screening will be conducted
-Knowledge and compliance with community information and Federal, State and Local Fair Housing guidelines.
-Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, co-workers, and vendors.

-Leasing duties include generating traffic, marketing, responding to telephone and internet inquiries, greeting prospective residents and current residents, touring prospective residents, qualifying prospects, and maintaining a high closing ratio. Assisting the Assistant Community Manager in addressing and resolving internal and external issues of residents.
