Applicants must have 2-3 years' Manager experience. Must have a strong floor presence, a sincere passion for hospitality business, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, a team mentality and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
⢠Have a clear understanding of the "Absolutely Mantra"
⢠Must have a guest first attitude
⢠Must know Open Table & Aloha systems
⢠Clear understanding of fine dining points of service
⢠Implement and ensure that all policies and administrative procedures are in compliance with established guidelines
⢠Provide leadership to ensure quality service, customer loyalty, and high productivity for the operations team members
⢠Recruit, hire and train new team members
⢠Conduct positive formal coaching with team members
⢠Maintain regular communications with General Manager & Executive Chef
⢠Hands on working with the guest service team to provide superior guest service, assistance, and resolution via written, phone and direct face-to-face communication in response to guest related situations
Job Requirements:
⢠Ideal candidate will project a friendly/positive attitude, have an energetic personality, professional appearance and enjoy being around people
⢠Must have excellent decision-making, project coordination and time management skills.
⢠Be able to quickly develop solutions to Guest and personnel problems
⢠Must have the attitude of service to Guests and team members
⢠Excellent skills in training and employee supervision
⢠Must be able to work any days and shifts as business dictates
⢠Excellent oral and written communication skills required
