Applicants must have 2-3 years' Manager experience. Must have a strong floor presence, a sincere passion for hospitality business, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, a team mentality and a strong work ethic.

â¢ Must know Open Table & Aloha systems
â¢ Clear understanding of fine dining points of service
â¢ Implement and ensure that all policies and administrative procedures are in compliance with established guidelines
â¢ Provide leadership to ensure quality service, customer loyalty, and high productivity for the operations team members
â¢ Recruit, hire and train new team members
â¢ Conduct positive formal coaching with team members
â¢ Maintain regular communications with General Manager & Executive Chef
â¢ Hands on working with the guest service team to provide superior guest service, assistance, and resolution via written, phone and direct face-to-face communication in response to guest related situations
â¢ Ideal candidate will project a friendly/positive attitude, have an energetic personality, professional appearance and enjoy being around people
â¢ Must have excellent decision-making, project coordination and time management skills.
â¢ Be able to quickly develop solutions to Guest and personnel problems
â¢ Must have the attitude of service to Guests and team members
â¢ Excellent skills in training and employee supervision
â¢ Must be able to work any days and shifts as business dictates
â¢ Excellent oral and written communication skills required
