Assignment Duration - 6 months
Client is implementing Oracle eBS R12.2 in EMEA (Sweden). Consultant will assist client with the execution of Oracle eBS technical work for EMEA Oracle Implementation Expansion for EMEA (Sweden).
Consultant will work under the direction of the clients Project Lead following the clients methodology. Consultant will work with the clients IT group in the implementation and support of the Oracle ERP RICE elements for EMEA Oracle Implementation Expansion. Consultant will be responsible for all programming and testing of required RICEW elements following clients requirements.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to: (i)analyze clients current processes (ii) recommend solutions (iii) develop new code based on clients functional specifications and (iv) Test RICEW elements.
Consultant may also be required to assist the clients support/maintenance group to modify existing Global ERP programs or enhancement requests in the event EMEA Oracle Implementation Expansion Project does not provide enough work for a full day's effort.
Technical Experience/Skills Required
5+ years IT experience.
3+ years experience in building Oracle Apex applications.
Strong designing, development and troubleshooting skills required. Applicants must have strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to work on multiple projects/issues simultaneously.
Knowledge and familiarity in underlying Oracle ERP applications database architecture, as well as Oracle database and development tools (PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, Reports).
2+ years Oracle application development experience with various technical tools among core Oracle database tools, SQL, ADF, BI Publisher, OA Framework, SOA Gateway/Suite, Oracle Forms/Reports (preferred).
2+ years of experience in support of software applications (preferred).
Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies.
Demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of implementation documents.
