ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
â¢ Manage all aspects of restaurant operations.
â¢ Ensure quality and accuracy of all aspects of guest service.
â¢ Execute all paperwork associated with the Manager position
â¢ Learn and master all computer and administrative duties related to the Manager position
â¢ Learn and be able to execute effectively, be able to teach and assist staff members.
â¢ Manage the front of house labor, meeting the company's goals, and guest requirements.
â¢ Responsible for ordering, stocking and managing inventory levels and quality.
â¢ Must maintain a professional and welcoming attitude while at work.
â¢ Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
â¢ Good listening skills and communication skills
â¢ Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
â¢ Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
â¢ Must have had at least 2 years of restaurant management experience required
â¢ Strong Food and/or Bar experience preferred
â¢ Basic knowledge and experience of inventory management.
â¢ Professional maturity: The ability to respond to environmental awareness and know when to act according to circumstances in guidance of company culture and policy
â¢ Responsibility: The ability to meet commitments, hold yourself and others accountable for actions taken and properly determine the best course of action based on results
â¢ Communication: The ability to write and speak effectively using appropriate language and tone. Actively listen to others, ask questions to verify understanding, and use tact and consideration when delivering feedback to others.
â¢ Computer Savvy: The knowledge and ability to use computers and technology efficiently and effectively. Ability to learn and implement new systems quickly and accurately.
â¢ Sales Savvy: The ability to teach staff to inform and influence customers in an effort to build sales utilize all products.
â¢ Customer Service: The ability to predict, manage and deliver customer needs and wants in an effort to build and maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction
â¢ Teamwork: Look for ways to assist managers and other staff members to ensure guests are provided the best service according to company standards.
â¢ Must be able to stand for extended durations (8-12 hour shifts).
â¢ Ability to constantly lift up to 50 pounds without issue.
â¢ Ability to work in an environment that has exposures to cold, heat, and water
â¢ Able to lift, reach, bend and stoop â¢ Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
