Sales Analyst At Bimbo Bakeries USA
The Sales Analyst will provide data and category resource analytics for Senior Management, Trade Marketing, Finance, Marketing, and National Accounts through the collection, analysis, and presentation of market, competitive, and consumer data. The position's goal is to analyze data for identifying business development opportunities, decision-making/influencing support, program assessment, and business reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing and understanding data available and utilizing it to manage programs, promos, sku selection, growth both horizontal and vertically.
This position will work on a wide variety of sales activities, including:
Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management to evaluate account and market performance vs. competitors. (Commercial Review, Preconsejo, and Scorecards)
Prepare weekly New Product Performance, Trend Report by sku, and Account Performance Reports by store, region, account, sub-region, and market contribution.
Report weekly highlights of best selling items. (significant stores, regions, districts, sku)
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly presentations for senior management and Board of Directors.
Develop and distribute a comprehensive set of syndicated national reports using IRI for of all national accounts as well as local and regional accounts. (IRI Toplines)
Respond to and facilitate category analytics requested by vendor partners using Brio, IRI, Spectra and Homescan. (GWB Topline, quarterly and yearly business review)
Provide data analytics to support category management objectives for both the retail partners and BBU, including category reviews, market analysis, promotional effectiveness, and account planning strategies.
Provide training and support for Operations, Marketing, Finance and other managers from Grupo Bimbo regarding sales data warehouse, external syndicated data, and panel data.
Adhoc requests for periodic business reviews, special projects, promotional analysis, brand profitability assessments, SKU rationalization, and requests from other internal and external customers.
Assist in tracking Trade Marketing, Account, and Category Management budgets vs. actual.
Track and report on International Category Management Project using MS Project.
Work closely with Scan Based Trading Team to facilitate national implementation, reconciliation, and training.
