Sales & Project Manager-Painting Company
Successful and established commercial and residential painting business based in Morgan Hill and serving the Bay Area and Central Coast seeks an experienced Painting Sales & Project Manager to join their team. This role requires 5 plus years of sales experience in the Commercial Construction industry such as; painting, roofing, windows, or HVAC, and project management skills, or the willingness and ability to learn project management. Successful candidates will possess strong math skills, bi-lingual Spanish/English capabilities, relationship building and strong sales acumen. College degree preferred.

â¢ See that crews have the proper tools and equipment.
â¢ Provide an estimate of hours that are realistic and attainable.
â¢ Provide a job plan for attaining the goals.
â¢ Work with Supervisors to provide; leadership to the foremen and crews, quality control, and safety standards.
RESPONSIBILITY TO THE OFFICE
Provide paperwork and billing information in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITY TO OWNERS
â¢ Maintain good communication with Management Team, customers and vendors.
â¢ Communicate any customer complaints in writing.
â¢ Ensure that the jobs are being done in a quality manner.
â¢ Try to bid jobs high enough to make a good profit and keep the crews busy.
â¢ Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
â¢ Return every phone call within (24) twenty-four business hours.
