Painting Company-Sales & Project Manager

Successful and established commercial and residential painting business based in Morgan Hill and serving the Bay Area and Central Coast seeks an experienced Painting Sales & Project Manager to join their team. This role requires 5 plus years of sales experience in the Commercial Construction industry such as; painting, roofing, windows, or HVAC, and project management skills, or the willingness and ability to learn project management. Successful candidates will possess strong math skills, bi-lingual Spanish/English capabilities, relationship building and strong sales acumen. College degree preferred.

SALES
⢠Meet sales goals as established.
⢠Provide written, timely, estimates including detailed written records of everything that is promised.
⢠Maintain a professional relationship with customers.
⢠Use Sales Force for growing and maintaining customers.

MANAGEMENT
⢠Provide foreman with all information for the job.
⢠See that crews have the proper tools and equipment.
⢠Provide an estimate of hours that are realistic and attainable.
⢠Provide a job plan for attaining the goals.
⢠Work with Supervisors to provide; leadership to the foremen and crews, quality control, and safety standards.

RESPONSIBILITY TO THE OFFICE
Provide paperwork and billing information in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITY TO OWNERS
⢠Maintain good communication with Management Team, customers and vendors.
⢠Communicate any customer complaints in writing.
⢠Ensure that the jobs are being done in a quality manner.
⢠Try to bid jobs high enough to make a good profit and keep the crews busy.
⢠Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
⢠Return every phone call within (24) twenty-four business hours.
