Weâre a state-of-the-art dental office in Valencia, searching for a creative marketer for a part time role, with the possibility of going full time.

We have some of the top doctors, hygienists and support team working for us. Together, we revolutionize peopleâs lives. We find people who havenât had the courage to smile in years, and give them their smiles back. We have patients who cannot find employment due to bad breath and poor hygiene, and we transform their lives. We care for our patientsâ overall health and well being, and have helped countless patients avoid having strokes and heart attacks through our early dental prevention and intervention programs. We discover cancer at the earliest stages, and save peopleâs lives. We also donate thousands of dollars each year to help support our community! We do amazing things for our patients and those whose lives we touch. But we have a problem. Everything we do is a secret! The only thing we are missing is a brilliant marketing director to help us get the word out!

Your Role:

To find out all of the exciting things that we do and find moving ways to tell the world.
To build symbiotic relationships with referring doctors and others within the community
To be responsible for New Patient Acquisition
To be responsible for all outside-facing communications and collateral
To help our office come up with contests, games, and motivational competitions each month
To be the liaison between the media outlets and our office by designing monthly ads and campaigns
To have a mastery and use Social media and the internet to market professionally.
To track and report on marketing performance and ROI
Requirements:

1+ years of public relations or marketing experience a must.
Excellent grammatical skills. Must communicate respectfully in a way that best represents a professional dental office.
Unwavering ability to protect confidential information (this is a health care setting)
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, digital photography, media editing software and Web use.
Proficient in social media (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Twitter, Google Ads, posting videos and testimonials)
